Delivery times

United States — 2–5 business days. Most other destinations — 3–7 business days; a few reach up to 14.

Tracking

The moment your order leaves New York you'll get an email with a tracking link — one click, no account, no order number to look up. If that email never arrives, or the tracking stops making sense, write to us: email or an Instagram DM both reach the same person, usually the same day.

Returns

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and the import duties we prepaid can't be recovered — which is why we'd rather help you land the right size the first time.
