How we do it
We ship Delivered Duty Paid. The brand covers the shipping, the customs duties and the import VAT or sales tax — so the $130 you see is the $130 you pay, whether you're in Berlin, Paris, Seoul, Sydney or Vancouver. Nothing at the door. No courier bills. No surprises.
Delivery times
United States — 2–5 business days. Most other destinations — 4–10 business days; a few reach up to 14.
Tracking
The moment your order leaves New York you'll get an email with a tracking link — one click, no account, no order number to look up. If that email never arrives, or the tracking stops making sense, write to us: email or an Instagram DM both reach the same person, usually the same day.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your piece — no reason needed. Write to tenebrescence.co@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll confirm the return.
The piece should come back tried on only: not worn, not washed. We'll send you the return address by email.
Return shipping is paid by you. Mark the parcel as returned goods being sent back to the seller — we'll send the exact wording together with the return address, so nothing is charged again at the border.
We refund the full $130 to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the piece arrives, or until you send proof that it's on its way.
We don't exchange sizes. If you need a different size, return your piece and place a new order.
If your piece arrives faulty, write to us — we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.
Customers in the EU: this is your legal right of withdrawal, and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies. You can use the form below, or simply email us.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (TENEBRESCENCE LLC, New York, NY, United States, tenebrescence.co@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
